Came to a one-day event billed as a hands-on boot camp. Went through the trouble of downloading and installing all the tools, etc. Spent the entire day listening to product presentations and watching demos that showed product features. Never even needed to open the software. Felt like it was a waste of time. Judging from large number of other attendees who were web surfing, reading email or otherwise totally disengaged, I'd have to say this is the worst event I've attended this year.
